Bulk Material Handling Technology Conference
The Bulk Material Handling Technology Conference alternates annually between the venues of Munich and Magdeburg and is jointly organized by the Technical University of Munich in Garching (Chair of Materials Handling, Material Flow, Logistics, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Fottner) and the University of Magdeburg (ILM – Chair of Materials Handling and Material Flow Technology, Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Katterfeld).
With this conference series, the organizers aim to bring together professionals from practice and academia for an intensive and mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and experience, inspired by technical presentations, product demonstrations, and discussion sessions.
In September 2025, experts from industry and research will meet for the 29th time in Magdeburg in a pleasant and constructive atmosphere to learn about and extensively discuss the latest trends and technologies in the field of bulk material handling technology.
